"This is wonderful book for those who are interested in southern rural life. The stories portrays a unique picture southern life and give a real life experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the stories and would definitely recommend."

"Flannery O'Connor is a really underappreciated author particularly in Christian circles. I only read this book after I converted to Catholicism, and I felt like I had a long lost friend in O'Connor, the kind of friend who wasn't afraid to be brutally honest. Her stories are surprisingly raw and will leave you thinking about the characters and their problems for days."

"Flannery O'Connor is truly a master of the short story. After the first one, you're hooked. Reading her work is like getting throat punched repeatedly, but liking it. Highly recommend if your looking for a quick read full of suspense and anticipation. "

"This is a very good collection of short stories. Some are better than others, but all are worth reading. A Good Man Is Hard To Find is definitely the best of the group."

"As a 90s kid I must say this book falls short as a classic for that era. ALthough it is a good read most people growing up in the 90s would not appreciate it."

"A short story that holds onto you for a long time. It is dated back during racial tensions and focuses much of subject around that."
