"This novela is a very powerfull novela about obsession. It shows you what can happen to someone who gets to involved with trying to make a german remember the terrible crimes he commited in the concentration camps. The audiobook is read byFrank Muller. The way he reads this novel, really places the listener into the book. Once I started the novela, I could not stop it"

"Apt Pupil is one of the best American short story collections around. Steven King shows the art of obsession and what havoc it can wreak on all of those involved. I could not put this book down once I started and feel like a lot of people would really enjoy this short story."

"Apt Pupil is a not a short story collection, but is included in a short story collection because it, itself, is a short story written by Stephen King. It's got that signature Stephen King weirdness about it so if that's not your thing then you should avoid this book. Otherwise it's great."

"I'll be the first to admit that I have a bit of a bias because I absolutely love Stephen King, but this book is seriously fantastic. It's all about exploring the human condition of obsession and King's writing is absolutely amazing. He really gets to the heart of what makes every character tick and brings them to life on the page. I can't recommend it enough."

"Stephen King is a master of fiction. His horror books are what he is most known for, but he is also a master of the short story. I would argue that there is no one short story better than others, as each one tells a very different and lasting tale. In just a few short pages, King manages to leave the reader with an impression that will not soon leave them."

"I was working 8am to 7pm shifts for the past few years and I wanted to make sure I spend time in the evening with my 18 year old twin sons. I was looking for something exciting and thrilling to share with them while they read at night. I found this amazing short novel called "Apt Pupil" which is an amazing series filled with horror, fantasy, and psychological thrillers by Stephen King who describes the griping account of a German Nazi sharing his secret memories with a innocent youth. The book was turned into a award winning. My sons absolutely love the story. Thank you!"

"This author is well known to fiction readers, he writes many fiction short stories that are both interesting and can be down right creepy at times. I would recommend this to anyone looking for stories that are by a famous author, and enjoys creepy and interesting stories. I often lost track of time while reading the short stories, and wouldn't realize until it was late at night, or I finished the story."
