"It's been weeks since I read this book and I haven't been able to get it off my mind. It's exactly as the title states, and so much more (not trying to quote another fantastic book!). Beautiful Disaster is what happens when Travis Maddox plants his eyes on Abby Abernathy. She loses a bet, yet she wins his heart. He wins a bet, then he loses Abby. It's like a tug-of-the-heart love story that gives you all the feels. And that's why I love reading New Adult Romance. There's so much emotion and destruction, and passion."

"This book was disappointing in so many ways that all I can say is that I'm glad other people liked it, but it's not for me, at all. The characters were largely unsympathetic and the character Travis is more creep than "bad boy." The plot is more appropriate for a serial killer style thriller than a romance novel. Which, will no doubt sell some of my review readers on buying the book. "

"Beautiful Disaster (Beautiful) the ideal novel for teen readers who enjoy fantasy style stories with characters that are their age. The book is full of teen humor and subtle innuendo but it was actually a decent story."

"The emotions in this book can take you through a rollercoaster. It particularly caters to the "bad boy" crowd. You'll either love the characters and long for them, or you'll find it unbelievable and creepy and frustrating. There's not a lot of room in between."

"The male lead in this is super possessive throughout the book. I find the book to be pretty good even with that however."

"One of my favorite things about Beautiful Disaster is its re-readability, which I can't say is true with most books of any genre. This is one of the best books with a modern day virgin heroine, in this case Abby Abernathy. I was so anxious to find out what happened between her and bad-boy Travis that I could feel my hands sweat while I was reading!"

"I think I’m the only person on my GoodRead’s list that has read this book and didn’t fall in love with it. Maybe it’s because I read, mostly, adult books filled with lots of sex, but thought this whole book I keep saying to myself “I am reading the vanilla teen version of Fifty Shades of Grey!” At first I liked Travis. Most girls have a thing for a bad boy with tattoos, sadly. I even liked the whole “act like you aren’t interested and immediately they will become interest” because that s*** is real! I loved how Abby wasn’t affected by him. Then she caved. And instead of me being like “Oh, wow, he’s changing for her” I was like “This s*** is getting creepy… FAST”! He is on the fast track to becoming a wife beater and/or murder. Like, about 70% of the time I was reading, I was just picturing Mark Wahlberg in Fear. I’m seeing all these poles where girls are voting him “hottest book boyfriend” and now that I’ve finally read this I’m over here like “WUT!?” Travis = Bats***. End of story! PS – Pigeon is the stupidest nickname ever! (It had to be said!) Stage three creeper things Travis did off the top of my head: 1) trashed the apartment and ripped the door from the hinges the night after she gave him her virginity (Anna Steel Style), 2) The tattoos, 3) The grabbing her ass while staring down other guys interested in Abby, 4) Redecorating his room with pictures and items from times with her (FEAR STYLE, AGAIN), 5)Having a wedding ring picked out, just chilling in your night stand 6) Beating up everyone in a killer like manner that so much as hints about his little pigeon in a negative light."

"The punk / emo subgenre is a relatively popular one, yet romance novels are hard to come by. Enter "Beautiful Disaster", part of the "Beautiful" series. It really shows that people can find true love while being true to themselves. This is a captivating story that really roped me into the series. It drags on a bit in places and seems a bit cliche, but overall, it's a great read!"

"Do yo have an overprotective boyfriend. Do you like to read. "Beautiful Disaster" may be the book for you. Beautiful Disaster is a heartwarming and heartbreaking, beautifully written, wonderfully told, passionate and often witty love story, that doesn't just explore the warm, sweet side of love, but also the complicated and messy side. I was so enthralled by it that I didn't want it to end."

"This book has pretty good reviews which is a little troubling. The main male character seems to be pretty crazy he starts out as the bad boy with tatoos but evolves an aggressive protector over abby with even the slightest whiff of negativity towards her causing him to fight someone."

"Beautiful Disaster was a book that came well recommended, but after I finished reading it I can't say the same. The writing is okay, but the whining and constant back and forth was annoying. I liked Travis, mostly when he wasn't fighting. He wore his heart on his sleeve and Abby stomped it. She was cold and heartless one moment, weak and whiny the next. Abby used Parker for her own agenda. Mick, the "legend", felt like he was used only to cover some plot points and barely at that. So much of this book was unrealistic, unbelievable, and /or childish. I read all the other Maddox books and wanted to know more about Travis and Abby's story, but this was a disappointment."
