"Breakfast of Champions is one of the most famous Vonnegut novels, and while it's not my favorite it's still a good one. The storytelling is more fragmented than i prefer but to an extent that adds to the overall vibe of the plot."

"I am torn on this book. There are some aspects of that I really like and some that I do not. The satire in the book is hilarious and the points the book are trying to make are good. However, many of the reference are no dated and are hard to understand. I would suggest only reading this book if you were born in the late 80s or earlier so you will understand the reference. "

"Breakfast of Champions is a Kurt Vonnegut classic. It is easy to read and is good for young adults. But it is also quite funny, which helps the reader stay involved. A lot of Vonnegut fans claim that this is not his best novel. But as a novice myself, I really enjoyed it."

"Breakfast of Champions is Vonnegut at his best. A dark humorous book that is highly relatable in today's climate. Well written which could be expected from this author."

"I picked this book up one day on a whim and I'm very happy I did so. The satire presented here is in top form and I've been very amused every time I pick this book up to read a bit of it. The themes explored here are always relevant and engaging in their purpose and pursuit of truth among the fiction."

"I would put this low in Vonnegut's top ten, but it is definitely in there. I think I could have been given a more highly-rated book as a result, but this is an okay answer."
  • Russell Gardner

"This is one of the funniest books I've read. A mix of classis satire and social commentary where I found lots of laugh-out-loud moments accompanied by a sucking of teeth and embarrassed wince. Entertaining and funny even if you don't agree with the author's agenda"
