"Sophie Flack having lived the life of a Bunhead provides the reader with a realistic peek into the life of a professional ballerina. Although, many aspiring young girls dream of dancing for a major ballet company, like Hannah the main character, there is no denying you must make difficult choices if you want to be promoted to soloist. Throughout the book Hannah and her peers struggle to maintain a work life balance and find time for themselves while working towards the next levels of their careers. I enjoyed reading this book and thought the author did an excellent job of presenting both the technical and the emotional side of being a ballet dancer. I thought the book was well written but would have liked more character development, as it seemed that we only saw the surface emotions for the characters but didn't go much deeper. Sophie Flack clearly is a talented writer and I look forward to more offerings from this author in the future."

"Seems like an excellent book to look at the universe for a ballet dancer. I would definitely be interested in this book looking to see how relationships and crazy rehearsals = could effect a dancers life."

"Being a ballerina myself I wanted to read something that involved one as a main character and I love this."

"It's an okay read for someone who isn't very familiar with this genre of books. I think the story is sufficiently told and the narrative seems to fit well. I may give it another read at a later time to see if my opinion changes."

"Gives an example of a book that is set in New York but this book is not highly rated or highly reviewed in the given solution so there could have been a better example given."

"My niece loves reading, but will only read stories with female protagonists, so that she can relate to them. I think this novel, Bunheads, would be perfect for her. It's a story with a female main character and it's ideal for young adults, as my niece is. It's a great romance story about a ballerina."

"It's a pretty standard romance with a ballet theme which is great if you like ballet but pretty useless if you don't. There are definitely romance novels I've enjoyed more with more of a variation from the standard formula."

"This book was okay. It kept my attention for the most part and I got some enjoyment out of it. I've definitely read better though."
