"Claimed is a thrilling book about a alien and human relationship. Olivia gets drafted to be a "Kindred Bride" The Kindred is a warrior alien race with 95% males. Olivia ends up with Baird and she's tempted to resist him so she can go back to her family. Baird doesn't make it easy for her since she signed a contract allowing him to touch her more week by week. This is a very thrilling and twisted boom about a human and alien relationship. The suspense will give you an interesting read!"

"I got this for my teenage daughter to read over the summer and I think she already finished it maybe a week after I picked it up. I would say that this is a testament to the quality of writing as my daughter never finishes books."

"This is an interesting mash-up involving kidnapping -- it's an alien abduction romance! I know, it sounds a bit hokey. And, well, it is a bit hokey, and not all that satisfying in the end. It's a mixed up mash-up that doesn't really benefit from the genres the author attempts to blend. "

"As an avid fan of science fiction novels, I've come across some really bizarre stories. Claimed (Brides of the Kindred) is certainly out there for me as far as reading bizarre stories. It's a love story, between an alien and a human. Follow our main character Olivia Waterhouse, a graduated nurse, who gets drafted to be a bride to this species of aliens called the Kindred. I thought it was kind of a painful read as this was just very trite for me. I'm all for romance and weird hook ups but this particular story didn't really go anywhere too far off the deep end for me. It's the definition of mediocre in my opinion, but if you need a filler in between waiting for your favorite novel, this is a decent fill in."

"I wanted to read a good soulmate book and was recommended Claimed (Brides of the Kindred). This is a book in a series, which is nice, and has a great love story. It also had great detail on soulmates and I really liked the writing. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a love story about soulmates."

"Claimed (Brides of the Kindred) is probably the only romance novel featuring an alien and a woman that I've read, so I guess it's the best... Seriously, this book was garbage."
