"I came to this list to find other books in this genre and I am riveting I found this! Riveting! The author is a goddess with a pen. To capture emotions and erotica that way. You will enjoy it too. "

"This book wasnt too bad, I remember reading it while hanging out in the library one day. It was pretty lengthy, the jist from what i got was that a woman fell inlove with a demon? So pretty much his enemys start going after her, it actually rings a bell, big one at that. So I mean i guess it probably would be a good read, I just couldnt stay engaged i gues cause i watch to many movies.. so a lot of bells were going off ha but not bad."

"Pleasure is their ultimate weapon . . . Runa Wagner never meant to fall in love with the sexy stranger who seemed to know her every deepest desire. But she couldn't resist the unbelievable passion that burned between them, a passion that died when she discovered his betrayal and found herself forever changed. Now, determined to make Shade pay for the transformation that haunts her, Runa searches for him, only to be taken prisoner by his darkest enemy. A Seminus Demon with a love-curse that threatens him with eternal torment, Shade hoped he'd seen the last of Runa and her irresistible charm. But when he wakes up in a dank dungeon chained next to an enraged and mysteriously powerful Runa, he realizes that her effect on him is more dangerous than ever. As their captor casts a spell that bonds them as lifemates, Shade and Runa must fight for their lives and their hearts-or succumb to a madman's evil plans"

"Desire Unchained is not my favorite of Larissa Ione's books. It does have a pregnant supernatural character, but it's not the most interesting or compelling storyline to make it among the best."

"I’m sadly addicted to snuff novels and this is one of the better ones overall. Think of this as a not-terrible version of Fifty Shades of Grey; there’s real characters who get into real bedroom stuff as well as having real plotlines. They have issues and problems, including fetishes, that are dealt with in a mostly reasonable manner. (That said, don’t get this if you dislike BDSM, there’s, uhh, rather a lot of it.) This is actually the second book in the series by the author, focusing on different demon characters in her world. This time the main character is Shade, a love-em-and-leave em charmer, and his ex-girlfriend Runa. I won’t spoil the main plotline, but it’s actually very good. "

"A little edgy and definitely for adults only. Rare you read a good quality book with a BDSM element, but don't let it scare you away if that's not your thing. "

"I don't usually like romance books that have angels. They do not appeal to me at all. This book was well written and I passed it on to my friend. She really liked it."

"Desire Unchained is a great example of erotic paranormal fiction. In fact, it's more for the experienced reader, as most won't be used to the demonic themes within. It's one a recommend for my friends who are getting tired of reading about teenage werewolves and vampires."

"This one certainly isn't bad, but it doesn't have anywhere near the same kind of spark that the first book in the series did. i can't say I would recommend this one, especially after experiencing the genius that was her first."

"The storyline seems very generic and overused."
