"The second book in the long running series of wizards, magic, and amazing story telling! Very good book, something everyone should get involved reading at some point! Great story but you must read the first book to enjoy this book!"

"Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is really good. I watched the movie before reading the book, which is something I should have never done. The movie was great, up until I read the book. Then, I realized that a movie can never compare. Ginny is a prime example. Her personality and character were so different in the book. I love the second installation to the series!"

"Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is the perfect book if one is into some serious magic! This is the second book of the set, which delves into new magic spells, menacing plots and even a flying car! You will be spellbound, as you read all about a huge cauldron of spells!"

"If you want to find one of the best books featuring hero and heroine with powers, look no further than "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" by J.K. Rowling. This amazing edition is the second book in the series details Harry's summer has included the worst birthday ever, doomy warnings from a house-elf called Dobby, and rescue from the Dursleys by his friend Ron Weasley in a magical flying car. This book is a true and awe inspiring classic just as the other books in the series are."

"I love the Harry Potter universe, so it was no surprise that I bought this book as soon as I finished the first one. Constant twists and turns will keep you guessing through this entire book as the Chamber of Secrets has been opened, yet no one can find it. Follows your favorite wizard as he and his friends search for the chamber, but run into a ton of problems along the way. A great book and a great follow up to the first."

I think I've read this specific Harry Potter book 3 times and its just as enjoyable each time. If you're just looking for a great story there's no reason not to pick this up."

"Everyone has heard of Harry Potter, and with good reason. The books were wildly popular when first released, and continue to be an excellent read, entrancing a new generation of young readers and keeping them up late. The movies are also visually superb and a faithful depiction of the world of Hogwarts. Highly recommended."

"Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets gets my vote for being one of the best in the series. I know a lot of people don't agree, but those are also the people judging this by the movie rather than the book. The book has so much more character development, and I liked seeing Harry conquer some demons in this one."

"Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is considered one of the best young adult novels turned into movies. It features a lovable gang of young wizards and their adventures at Hogwarts. This is a great read for children in grades 3-8 though it is also suitable for adults. It is a humorous book that tells the tale of friendship, adventure and magic. "

"Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is one of my favorite book (and series) of all time. It's a great story that follows a young wizard, who didn't know he was a wizard until he was visited by Hagrid, a gameskeeper at a magical school called Hogwarts. This is a fantastic story for kids and adults of all ages and really a great series to get into."

You knew that this book was going to be better than the first one. I hope this is an indication of greater things to come from Rowling. This book will be enjoyed by everyone. I simply could not put it down."

"Harry Potter is an okay story. However, it would not be my first choice for twelve year old kids. I remember reading Judy Blue type of stories back when I was 12. I grew up on those types of stories and I feel Harry Potter is not really teaching life lessons."

The charming, English setting is a delightful romp through magic and imagination. This children's book is a classic among others and the added illustrations are a treat to behold."

"Are you having trouble getting into the hype behind Twilight? You're not alone. If you want to get into the fantasy genre but just can't deal with a love story about vampires, give the Harry Potter series a try. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is the second in the series, but it's where the story really starts to pick up. It has all the features you would expect from a fantasy series with none of the vampires."

"Most people go from the books and after loving those go on to the movies. I've done the opposite. The movies really got me into the Harry Potter universe and now I'm going back and reliving the Harry Potter adventures through the books. I'm currently on Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and I have to this has been a joy to read. It's everything I'm familiar with but there's just so much more details. I find that the movies did an admiral job adapting the books but I can now see why enthusiast have always stood by the books."
