"The solution is not good enough because the topic is about the best books of 1800s and not only the year 1800. I doubt that this book belongs even to the list of the best works of the year 1800 but that's not the point here. There were a lot of amazing books written in the 19th century, many of which are considered classics nowadays and are objectively superior to the "Hymns to the Night"."

"I have never read or heard of this product. I am likely to buy it based off this HIT. I do love poetry and since it is bilingual I will help with sharing with some of my non-English speaking family."

"As a true romantic and a big poetry fan I was excited when I started reading this novel. It was published in 1800 and unfortunately this novel really shows the problem with translating an old text like this. I have read translated poetry in the past but I found this one almost unreadable in it's current translation. The poem is still a timeless classic but I'm going to keep looking for a better version so I can get more of the authors original intent. "

"This book is okay. The poems have been translated and I can imagine they have lost a little of their original magic in translation. Still, the idea behind the novel is there. Good read if you are into the classics and poetry."

"This book is not an amazing must-read. The translation is poorly done by someone that is not even a poet. I was very disappointed in this book as I'm sure if it was translated better it would be filled with great things, but I couldn't even read it. I'm sure there are better things out there."

"This book has both good and bad reviews. I think it is not good enough for a "must-read"."

"Timeless and classic poetry, this book originally published in the 1800's is filled with poems that those who admire poetry will love. A great buy for your collection."

"Not a great choice, the translation of the long poem is subpar and doesn't do much to get the reader involved. There are better choices with much more solid results out there. I was not impressed with the translation as I found it lacking overall in many angles. I lost interest very quickly upon reading the book. "
