"This book is definitelly fantastic , it describes a very special story, it absorbs you into the story, you will read every page of this book being surprised on the situations and the situations that occur, and I am sure you will love this book as I do. I suggest reading it during free time, and I am sure this time will be qualitative. "

"I am a fan of Julie James, but this book misses the mark in a big way. Even though a work of fiction, the characters were not believable. This work felt amateurish, as if it were her first book. Feel free to skip this one and focus on her other titles instead."

"Fun book with lots more in the series. Worth the time and the great reviews back this up."

"I couldn't get into this book at all. The characters were unlikable, and it seemed like the writer was trying to be overly witty, having the positive effect. The writer tries to add humor that also falls flat."

"I'm definitely a Julie James fan, so I was excited to read her debut novel, but I was a little disappointed. This one isn't as explicit as some of her other novels and lacks some of the heat. I liked the heroine, but the hero was a little too conceited for me. I was hoping that his arrogance was just a facade, and we'd get to meet the "real" Jason who was actually a good guy. But no, that was the real Jason. He's a player, a jerk to a lot of women, he plays a lot of mind games with Taylor (including getting her in trouble with her boss), and he is just flabbergasted that a woman could not want to date him. He only became a nice guy because Taylor was "different" than all the models and actresses, and she was the woman finally able to change him. Ugh, please. I also hated that Taylor sacrificed her job for him at the end."

"JTSMA is your book if you like men in suits and snazzy romance. Talk about steamy."

"It's all right but not that witty or funny as expected. Some of the characters are likable and others aren't. The humor was just off so it missed the mark most of the time."

"This is a romantic book and has had rave reviews with a great and unique storyline. It's not exactly a book the would make you laugh as if you were reading a humor book."

"The New York Times Bestseller does not live up to the hype in my opinion. The main character is extremely conceited, which becomes annoying and hard to connect with from a very early on point in the book. You never get to see the real guy either, it's just a flashy book about a player using mind games and using a lot of women as well. "

"It is kind of annoying because it left a lot of the visual imaging to the reader. The plot is average for the type of story."
  • Katherine Pena

"I wouldn't call this witty as much as I'd say the male character is more arrogant. It's an okay read."

"Julie James has been raved about before, so I bought her debut novel. As a romance fan, it was good, but I don't think there was enough romance. "

"I tried reading Just the Sexiest Man Alive but I couldn't get through the first few chapters. This was very obviously an author's first work, and it very much shows in the clunky dialog and cookie cutter story."
