"Interesting perspective on the war and one that is worth picking up and giving a read. Awesomely well written and intriguing."

"I think this review was reasonable in its description of the basics of this story. However, certain facts about the author should be included as they are important to the understanding of this novel. For example, the author is a Jewish survivor of the Holocaust, which is an important detail for the understanding of the perspective which this novel takes."

"For starts this isn't even a comic book. It doesn't even follow the typical comic book style and is a real story from a real person. As a comic book fan this does not fit into what I think a comic book should be. This book should have been done in another style that doesn't give comic books a bad name."

"This is a great response to the prompt- the book is layered, emotional, engaging, and most of all its drawing style is unique and distinctive. Allegorical stories are iconic when done with such thought and care, and Maus certainly was. "

"Browsing through the reviews and comments about Maus, I saw that there was some question as to whether the hardcover edition comprised Parts I and II. This is understandable because the product is listed in Amazon as "The Complete Maus: A Survivor's Tale (No 1)," which seems contradictory."

"I feel like this book would be good however it does not fit the category I am looking for as it is not a true story type of book. While it seems to be well thought of it just doesn't fit into what I want so I'll say this solution is not very good."

"This realist book is very interesting. This book is based on real story and its described so vividly, and it has a very unique style of writing. I can say that this is a book that is worthy reading it, and knowing this story, social problems of the that time and many other interesting situations. "
