"I have two young daughters and I love to find and read to them at night. My youngest is one so I recently searched for the best books for one year olds. I recently found the book "Max's Worm Cake (Max and Ruby)" and was instantly impressed. The book by Grosset & Dunlap is part of the Max and Ruby series and tells the story of Max and Ruby's views on worms. It is highly entertaining and my daughter loves it."

"This is super sweet. My two year old will adore this. And for a toddler like mine who loves all the gross little things that wiggle, a little worm cake is the funnest thing ever! "

"Love them or hate them, Max is a bit of a brat and Ruby acts more like a mother than a sister, but since we never see their mother, I guess this makes sense? I am in the hate them category, but if you love Max and Ruby, here is another book to add to your collection. "

"Max and Ruby are great role models and teach my children many life lessons, valuable things that they need to know in life. This colorful story helps with teaching children to work together through their differences."

"My 8-year old son is the greatest, and he loves gardening with me. So I bought him this book, which I thought (as it concerns worms) he would love. He identified with the hero, Max, and laughed his head off when I read it to him!"

"Anyone who has spent time with an older toddler/preschooler knows who Max and his sister Ruby are and they know how awesome this age group thinks these rabbit siblings are! This book would be the perfect entertainment for a three year old! What little kid doesn't want to make a worm cake?"

"My daughter loves Max and Ruby. So I figured she would love this book. And I was right, she does. The book arrived quickly, and is really cute. My daughter really likes, and wants more Max and Ruby books now. Good buy!"
