"I don't think Nocturne, Opus 1 is a very good fit with the Christian romance genre. It is largely a Christian mystery thriller and while there is a relationship featured, it is far from the central focus of the book."

"At first glance, it didn't look like my type of book. But after reading more about the plot, I was surprised at the suspense in this book. It is kind of repetitive but still a good book."

"Nocturne, Opus 1 is a pretty interesting teen novel. I bought it for my children, and they were fascinated by its looks into Native American culture. Steeped in that tradition, this book is accessible to anyone and feels exotic and educational. A few of the characters are kind of two-dimensional and boring, but overall, I still highly recommend it!"

"Nocturne, Opus 1: Sea Foam is a Christian mystery book that is filled with excitement. The premise is really good and features a married couple. The mystery aspect is even better. It's a fun one even if you don't agree with the whole Christian aspect."
