"This is my favorite Percy Jackson book. A great series of books, good for children and teens to read. It has a lot of action and mystery and even little bits of humor. I would like to see them make a movie about this book some time. Also, this book is a good look at Greek Mythology in a different way."

"Gosh, this is a hard one, because all of the Percy Jackson series is good. I do tend to agree that this is the best. Great for everyone, but especially good for kids who don't like to read - this will get them reading! That being said, they all are great, so I do recommend reading the entire series."

"This entire set of books is amazing. You follow the adventures of Percy Jackson as he takes on many different mythological beasts and demons. Rick Riordan's amazing writing further make this book series great and make you really feel as if you are part of the story. If Greek mythology is something you love, these books are right up your alley."

"I liked the Percy Jackson series, I can say proudly I bought all the books. But this one feels forced, I don't know. This is the only book in the series where I felt Riordan was reaching for ideas. "

"My daughter got this book from the side of the road (someone was discarding old books and hoped that at least a few would find a good home). She thought the book was great. Since then, she's read all of Riordan's books more than once. He's just a great author for kids and teens. The magical powers and the whole demigod theme is so enticing for that age group (well, for all age groups, to be honest). "

"I have mixed emotions about this book. I'm a parent so this is coming from an adult reading a book meant for teens, but the plot is getting old. On the other hand, my teenager loved this book so his recommendation is that you read it. He is reading and that's a wonderful thing. But, honestly, there are better choices out there."

"This is the third book of the Percy Jackson series and I must saw that all of the books in the series are amazing. This one in particular left me so excited to keep reading. I am not usually much of a reader but there is no doubt that I will be finishing this series. I would recommend this book to any fans of young adult literature. The books are all exciting and great reads, but the Titan's Curse is easily one of my favorites. "

"This is one of the few Percy Jackson books I really enjoyed. The story was pretty much a rescue mission, but it was a pretty good one. As I read the book I really wondered whether the main characters would succeed and survive, which is a great thing since it created tension. I read the book everyday after class and I would read multiple chapters daily. I even went out of my way to suggest it to friends, which I barely do. This book is much better than the second book in this series and is a great modern adaption of Greek mythology."

"The Percy Jackson series is a lot like Harry Potter. It transports me to a magical and exciting place, while still maintaining the comfort and familiarity of most of the world as we know it. "

"When I'm looking for books by cover color you know I really need my meds adjusted. That said, this is a decent book for light reading or younger people."
