"Elizabeth Eulberg’s story unfolds along the lines of predictable both from the original plot and the usual "mean rich girls”. Lizzie Bennet, who attends Longbourn on a scholarship, isn't like the other girls, she is interested in luxury items. Luckily Lizzie has a nice roommate, Jane, who is one of the privileged crowd but Lizzie is a scholarship student in a place where girls without trust funds are unwelcome at best."

"What's old is new again. This updating of the classic Pride and Prejudice works pretty well if you're in the target demo. It's not unversially praised as great, but it's rarely hated either, so it's a very solid offering in the genre."
