What the community says about Something Borrowed (Darcy & Rachel)
- "I received this book as a birthday gift. I am not into romance novels, and the fact that the main plot centers around a self entitled home wrecker didn’t sit well with me. I guess if you enjoy that sort of thing you’ll be pleased. Book was well written... topic was eh."
- "This felt really boring to me. I don't think this is even close to one of the best books. I mean comparing the movie to the book the book is way better but that really isn't saying much. I can't recommend this to anyone. The thing about it is I love reading a story and then watching the movie that it was made into to see it from a different perspective. There are very few stories I don't end up liking and this was sadly one of them."
- "This is just a light beach read and should not be taken too seriously. Yes, the main character has some serious flaws and makes some bad mistakes but I feel that this is the whole point of the book. Would a true heroine act the way Rachel does in this book? Probably not, but knowing that did not keep me from finishing this book in just two days."
- "Something Borrowed offers something for everyone, no pun intended. It offers everyone a look at a one-sided friendship which is very relate-able. The climax of the book will leave the reader speechless and offer insights to what friendship should really look like."
