"What an amazing deal! This is a nice long dense book about St. Augustine, and it's right up my alley! And on top of that, it's only 50 cents! You can't go wrong there, especially when the book is so good. I learned a lot that I didn't know about Augustine already and I recommend this choice to any Christian who loves to read!"

"A window to better understand St Augustine, one of the Saints of our time. His life and struggles are so real. A powerful look at his journey of faith and his conclusions about God. It will not only better help you to understand him but it will in turn help you think about your own journey. A must read for the religious scholar. "

"I read this book as part of a religion course in college, and it changed my life. I was raised by a baptist minister, but reading this book quickly put me on the road to Rome. It really opened my eyes to the fact that so many great believers in the early church were in fact Catholic. Once I started reading their works, I couldn't stop, and soon I found myself at the door of my locat catholic church."

"St. Augustine Confessions is not for your average reader. This book is theologically dense and makes you think. It speaks in Olde World terms, but once you get into it, you begin to understand it better. The book is a must read for Christians who want to learn more about St. Augustine and theology in general."

"This is an interesting and personal narrative to add to any christian study group reading. It does require much reflection and insight, which is perfect in a group setting. It follows Augustine from the bottom to the top and all the inbetween with all battle that took him to where he ended up. "

"The book here is a biography styled story about the guy named St. Augustine and he is basically writing stories and sortof confessing about his life. He writes about his early childhood and also about being a grownup. The story has some interesting stuff in it and you are sure to take something away from it. Get it and try to read it with a friend or by yourself!"
