"Every time I winding up reading a Shelly Laurenston book, I somehow find myself binge reading the Pride series. There is something quite addictive about the books she writes and they just never get old. Sissy and Mitch’s story having themselves in and out of all kinds of situations are really fun to read."

"This was an odd book. I couldn't get through more than half. Good plot, poorly told. "

"I got this present as a gag gift on my last birthday from my wife. However, the jokes on her because if you are looking for a fun paranormal fantasy book this is a great choice. I read the book un a few days. I'm hoping a movie or squeal will come out soon, loved it!"

"This book essentially takes off from where the previously left off which is nice. The characters were well developed and enjoyable to get to know. Overall, the book was interesting and i thought a strong continuation in the series. "

"This is part of a good series of books. It gets a little adult romance but it has a good story to it."
  • Janet Wood
    Written on April 27, 2018
"Don't read this book if you haven't read the first two books in the series. You'll be utterly lost. Don't read this book if you think women should stand on their own power. The female protagonist is named Sissy. Don't read this book. "
  • Nancy Holland

"This is not a young adult book, but it is paranormal and fantasy based. In those respects, it's a very good book that is interesting and a bit different. But not young adult."
