"Miss Marple is such a classic English series. The books are better than the Tv show if you ask me. I adore the British take on mysteries like this one."

"has a lot of reviews and most are good, probably among her best "

"I am beginning this review from the standpoint of someone who loves a good "cozy" mystery. As such, I thoroughly enjoyed "The Moving Finger," as I usually enjoy an Agatha Christie. Each character has a role; my favorite is the vicar's wife, Mrs. Dane-Calthrop. She's unusually funny for a side character in an Agatha Christie novel."

"I really do like mystery and suspense books. The Moving Finger was no exception. I would give this book a shot if you like these types of books. Though, keep an open mind!"

"Although I personally love Agatha Christie and find all of her books to be extremely readable, I wouldn't put any of them on a list of the best books of all time. They're very entertaining but not much more than that."

"Another great Agatha Christie mystery that will keep you reading till the late hours of the night. Surprising and thoroughly full of suspense, it's one you'll remember long after reading. "

"The Moving Finger is a dark story that follows a suicide. It is nonetheless a really good read."

"My daughter really enjoyed The Moving Finger. She found the book really easy to get into and the story line was very original according to her. She did say that the book was a little bit on the long side though. "
