What the community says about The Power To Change Your Life
- "People want to change but they're stuck. This book gives you practical guidance for change. It give you the power to actually make the changes you long to make. Applying the truth of God's Word by the power of his Spirit, your life will change. Get on track with God's wonderful purposes for your life. "
- "I read this book when I was in college and it really is a wonderful guide to spiritual transformation. It has a distinctive Christian slant on the world and it's probably a little dated now in some areas (I read it about 15 years ago). But the Word of God is eternal, and living a righteous lifestyle is never out of vogue. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to further explore their relationships with the world and with God."

in What are the best christian books"This book appears to still be going strong since being published in 1990. So it's obviously got something going for it that connects with some set of people. OTOH, some found it very cliched, and not the author's best work, and possibly just cashing in on his fame. That's a tough charge, but something worth considering. I suspect that the type of people that like this book are very loving and forgiving, and so may not make the best critical reviewers."
