"This book has to be one of Philippa Gregory's finest works. I found it to be the perfect blend of history and fiction, and with strong characters and plot twists you never saw coming, it will keep you turning pages until you reach the end. The author really makes you relate to the characters and understand how difficult it would be to be in their situation. "

"Liked the historical/fiction and the similarities with real history. Gregory is a great story teller"

"I really enjoyed this book. I liked that it had Jewish characters but was not all tied up with the holocaust. I gave this book a read before I gave it to my friend who is Jewish. I did not want to risk offending her. It was great."

"This book is filled with drama, which is a great thing. Very touching story and every word makes you want to keep reading. Great story."

"If you are looking for fiction on the Tudors then this is a great choice but otherwise there are much better books. I think most people are looking for non-fiction when they search for these books and will need to look someplace else. This is a very good book however."

"I love historical romance, I would enjoy this book."
  • Zachary Wood

"It follows a pretty historical stand point with the Tudors and has a romantic sub plot. These books are bang on for romance stories. The historical point of view also adds a flare not seen in most romance novels."
  • Christopher Crawford

" The Queen's Fool is one fo my daughter's favorite novels. She was so obsessed with it she couldn't put it down when she read it the first time. Until now, she has always put it in a special place in her collection of good reads. "
