"I thought I had read everything about Gary Ridgway, I was wrong. The Search for the Green River Killer goes into more detail that I had previously known."

"Overall this book is a good read about serial killers. It will be a good read if you don't know too much about this true case already. I will say it does get rather lengthy toward the end. If you are looking for a good book about serial killers this one is a potential one to add to your "to-read" list."

"I really enjoyed the first part of the book. It really kept me engaged but towards the end there was just too much filler. I don't need that many details. The end wasn't very fulfilling either. Overall it was just an average book but fans of the genre may enjoy it."

"So much information that I had never heard before is contained in this book. Extremely well written by a great author."

"I was doing research about the Green River Killer investigations and I thought this well regarded book would help me make sense of it but I honestly found it to be too much work to read that I eventually gave up about two thirds of the way through. It is sluggishly written, overly wordy, tends to repeat itself too much while being hopelessly over detailed. I realize this is the first book written on the subject but it really needed some pruning to make it tolerable. There is a lot of details here but not all of them are necessary. "
