What the community says about The Search for the Green River Killer
- "Overall this book is a good read about serial killers. It will be a good read if you don't know too much about this true case already. I will say it does get rather lengthy toward the end. If you are looking for a good book about serial killers this one is a potential one to add to your "to-read" list."
- "I really enjoyed the first part of the book. It really kept me engaged but towards the end there was just too much filler. I don't need that many details. The end wasn't very fulfilling either. Overall it was just an average book but fans of the genre may enjoy it."

in What are the best crime books"I was doing research about the Green River Killer investigations and I thought this well regarded book would help me make sense of it but I honestly found it to be too much work to read that I eventually gave up about two thirds of the way through. It is sluggishly written, overly wordy, tends to repeat itself too much while being hopelessly over detailed. I realize this is the first book written on the subject but it really needed some pruning to make it tolerable. There is a lot of details here but not all of them are necessary. "
- "Really great and solid book. I actually got hooked on this a year ago and binged read this in a whole day. I found out a lot about the Green River Killer, how and what he did to his victims.""Very good book that tells a chilling story deff worth the read i really enjoyed this one."
