"This is such a classic book I had to pick it up for my son. The entire day he started reading it he was enthralled with the story and kept asking me all sorts of questions. This was an excellent choice."

"This really isn't the type of book I would normally read. But it is definitely funny to be a fiction book as well."

"There aren't a whole lot of books with a unicorn or pegasus, specifically. This is a classic book, and it was neat to seat it in this graphic novel format. A great book for children. "

"After my son finished his graphic novel The Secret of the Unicorn (The Adventures of Tintin) he passed it along to me as he thought I would also like it. I read a bit of it and got pretty bored so I stopped."

"Well, I must say, this book isn't only for teens! Like the movies, I thoroughly enjoyed this book too! There's always something fun and interesting going on with TinTin and I just loved following all his adventures. The pages are filled with his fascinating explorations and as if that wasn't enough there's wonderful illustrations too! Would I recommend this for a teen? You bet I would! It's the kind of book/graphic novel that everyone will enjoy as I did and it's educational for teens too! If your teen is anything like me they won't be able to put it down. And well, you just might pick it up for a good read too!"

"This Secret of the Unicorn was written back in the 40's and I only recently read it. Somehow, I picked this one up first. It is the 11th in The Adventures of Tintin series, but I had no clue until after I read it. I immediately went back and got the first and will eventually read the whole series because this book is so darn good. Make sure you don't miss out on this book and the rest of the series!"

"The Secret of the Unicorn (The Adventures of Tintin) is a classic and the story and writing allows readers of old and new to get drawn into the adventure. The story is well written and has beautiful drawings. Was published in June 30, 1974 and today still stands against the test of time with many versions of different languages were produced. The combination of treasure and danger and little bit of luck is a magnet that will draw most readers. "

"I wouldn't consider this to be a comic book by any means, but rather a well written story for all ages. As a child, your mind wanders with the story following tintin on a great adventure. As an adult, you get to do the same while capturing all the moments you never understood as a child. Truly a great read a second time around. "

"The solution of The Secret of the Unicorn for a search for the best graphic novels for young adults is and okay result that I would be mildly happy with. The overall reviews on this comic are 4.5 out of 5 stars with 53 reviews. While all the search criteria are met I would expect to see more reviews for the "best" category to be met fully."
