What the community says about The Space Between
- "I don't know how many science fiction books have LGBT themes within them. I just know that I didn't care much for this particular one. The storyline is cliche with the loner and misfit girl. It's just been done so many times before. Then there is a popular and well-liked girl. For some reason, they have a story to be told together. I just don't buy this as a plausible concept, and it isn't relatable to real life at all. There are some interesting twists in The Space Between, but I just couldn't get past the lackluster setup to the tale."
- "A great love story to gift to a LGBQT friend or family member, I gave this to my niece and she loved it. Although more geared toward teenagers, the book is very well written and the story is gripping and full of depth. Deals well with all the pitfalls and dangers of writing a book about lesbian love and doing so respectfully and insightfully. A wonderful story of teens trying to find their way in the world."
- "As a reader theret are books that you can not put down. this is one of those books that does indeed have LGBt characters something most writers tend to stay away from. The Space Between is a an amazing books that follows two girls and the bond they form and then throws in a twist to help bring the girls together better. If you're looking for an LGBT book then this is the one."
- "One of the main reasons I bought this book was because of its cover and name. They seemed really interesting and catched my attention. It turns out the decision was the right one. I really liked this book and it wasnt a let down. The characters, the plot, the ending, all positive points. "
