So I bought it and I don't regret that purchase in the slightest. The book is filled with inspiring stories and ideas that help change your thought process and perspective. The book is also easy to understand, which is a rarity when discussing such important and vague topics. in What are the best Self-help books"I thought that this book would be about Christianity, but it was not. I still read it, though I purchased it with the intent on it being based on faith. What I discovered was a book that is good, practical, and very easy to read. I still wish that there had been some faith-based sections, but I am completely happy with how I have been able to implement some of the suggestions to make my life better."
