"This comment doesn't necessarily give the description of what they actually do. The phrase is correct, it could provide more details to entice readers."

"The legendary tale of three French fighters that take on the world together. Adapted into countless movies, it's one of most famous tales of all time. Reading the book that spawned all of the movies is just so much fun. Dumas writes in a very approachable and easy to follow manner."

"This is a classic book. I have always heard about the three musketeers when I was a child and had even watched the movie. The book gives details of each of the three musketeers and how they ended up being together to fight injustice. The author had done justice to each character and has kept the story intact and holds the reader's attention throughout the book. Recommended."

"I have a passion for books that have numbers in the titles. I always spent time in that section of the library as a child, and I suppose it was for good reasons. The three musketeers is by far one of my favorite novels! It is one that I have read time and time again, and will read to my children some day!"

"This is a classic book that is a must read. Even though I said it's a must read it isn't a easy read at times. I found reading this to be more about knowing the classics than enjoyment. Your milage may differ."

"I think this is a classic book and should be read by young adults. I don't think I would consider it a stepping stone book. The price is one that can't be beat and I think it should go in your collection soon!"

"The three musketeers is definitely the best historical fiction set in france. What would be confusing to some is there's actually four people defending the honour of their regiment against Cardinal Richelieu. I'd say The Three Musketeers narrowly defeats the likes of The Nightingale,A Tale of Two Cities and The Hunchback of Notre Dame all definitely good reads"
