"I love historical books and I am intrigued after reading the storyline. I would get the paperback version as I prefer paperbacks at the pool over my kindle. "

"The Trigger seems to be a good solution to this topic, though it might not necessarily appeal to everyone. "Nonfiction books" itself is a tough topic, since what one person might be interested in in a sub-niche of nonfiction might not appeal to someone else."

"In The Trigger: Hunting the Assassin Who Brought the World to War is a book written by Tim Butcher. It's the story of a young man named Gavrilo Princip who manages to change the world forever by killing Archduke Franz Ferdinand, heir to the Austro-Hungarian Empire."

"The Trigger takes place on foreign land and is one of those books that really makes you think. I would call this book a haunting as well as a mind trip. Would recommend to those who like books about wars. "

"While he does travel in this book, it's more about how an action started a war. It's a great lesson in history."

"Real life drama is always better than fiction. He spent time in the Balkans as a war time reporter in the 1990s, but uncovered things historians couldn't find about the origins of WW1."

"this is a good story about the man who started world war one"

"This is very intriguing and well written book about an assassination that triggered events leading to World War I. This is a story that is not told in the classrooms today, a story that weaves the events of history in that part of the world that eventually lead to the Bosnian War. Although the author's sympathies towards the Serbs show through, nevertheless, the book does not hold back on telling the overall tragedy of what happened to both sides. It is an interesting read of the author's search to provide an insight that is well hidden from the textbooks of today."
