in What are the best Self-help books"Great read--don't let the title scare you. This book helped me to relax and allow myself to be vulnerable and human to a greater extent, and to slow down with my endless reaching for more, more, more when it comes to material security. It may seem counter-intuitive, especially in U.S. "culture" (which, to me, is nothing but a bunch of hyped-up consumerism), but it really gave me a chance to actually enjoy what I've got in the present moment.""Normally I do not ready self help books, but this book is outstanding! This book will really open up your eyes and make you see the light. It will open your mind up like it should be. I really felt this book spoke deep to me. It allowed me to see what I really wanted out of life."
- "This particular Amazon listing isn't quite a perfect solution. While it lists the various formats for Watts' book, the audio version is not not currently available and the hardback version is priced out of reach of most average readers. It took me a few additional clicks to access pages where I could purchase either the Kindle version and the paperback version. I would say that's a partial solution, but one more intrepid customers might not follow the digital breadcrumbs. Overall, It took a little added work but this did get me to one of the best motivational books around. "
- "By looking inside myself, I gleaned what I did and did not know. I learned to stop forcing myself to try and be something I wasn't. It made my life better through mindfulness.""This book is a lifesaver and is a great read and made me think a lot when i finished. It's very important to be mindful and this book will each you how.""I have a hard time believing that this will help with mindfulness. If anything it will make it worse."
- "I believe that it is important to admit to knowledge shortomings, as presented in the solution. However, I do not see how admitting lack of knowledge is linked to embracing the now, the idea presented secondly. These two ideas seem incongruous. "
