"I was looking to add more books to my adult fantasy collection. I came across 'Throne of Glass' and read decided to purchase it after reading the great reviews. It had great characters. I especially loved the female characters that appear to be strong that can kick-butt. I can't wait to read the rest of the books in the series."

"Throne of Glass is fantasy-light novel about becoming an assassin in order to bring yourself up from the bottom of society. It's pretty well written for a YA book however, don't expect an amazing storyline or deep characters in this one."

"Throne of Glass is also written by Sarah J. Maas, and it's also a fantasy novel for young adults. The story is similar to A Court of Thorns and Roses, too, featuring a kickass young female protagonist."
  • Jorge Alberto Baltazar

"I'm always leery but willing to give any fantasy romance books a shot, and this one turned out to be a page turner. Similar to the world of the Hunger Games series, but with different and exciting themes. I just love female assassins, and Celaena is up there with the best. "

"This was recommended by people in my book club and boy am I glad they did that! The book is told from multiple points of view and is alluring and not confusing. This kind of storytelling is really interesting as you learn and grow with the book's characters. My favorite is from Celaena, the main character, because she is a fierce, strong character. The premise of the story is compelling and the author does a great job of captivating readers from the beginning."

"I found this book to be fast-paced, thrilling and quite witty. The characters are excellent and the book is hard to put down, even though I had some difficulty following them in the beginning."
  • Matthew Martinez

"What I love about these books is the strong female characters. It provides a decent break from the generalization that all super heroes and main characters have to be male and in charge. The author does an amazing job crafting each character perfectly and does an excellent job putting you in the eyes of the characters and really developing them as real individuals. Fantastic read by Maas. "

"I like to categorize my books by color, so sometimes finding the best books with blue cover can be difficult. Luckily, I found the perfect book recently. Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass) is the perfect blue cover for my collection. Not only is the cover blue, but it's a great read too."
  • Bryan Barnes

"This is a good fantasy novel that features a strong, young woman as the main hero. The book is targeted towards young adults, and for the audience, it is well-written and has a lot of personality in the dialogue. For older readers, the book may be a bit vanilla and is not so gruesome like some other fantasy novels."
  • Timothy Stevens

"This is a very nice book with high ratings. Highly recommend."
  • Margaret Watson

"This fantasy book was interesting and held my attention. Celaena Sardothien is imprisoned in a salt mine in Endovier for a year . She was an Assassin and now the Prince Dorian needs her skills to wing the Championship for his father the King. She has some compassion along with her killing skills and intelligence. She's a good hero for women and this is a series that has a lot of action and plenty of surprises to keep you interested. "
