"Yesterday's Son (Star Trek) is a book is a keepsake you will more than likely wear out since it is so good and right on and its author, A. C Crispin, has passed. My husband and I loved the Star Trek series and it was consistently something we did together. This book could have made a great movie! I guarantee, you won't want to put it down once you crack open the cover. The idea of Spock having a son is extremely appealing to me and a definite draw towards this book! I'd give it a 5 star rating just like 60% of the people who read it did."

"In the extended Star Trek universe, I must say there are many, many books, some not as good as others. Any time I see AC Crispin on the cover, however, I know it is going to be a quality book, with great writing. This book follows Spock on a unexpected journey which will really draw you in and not let you put the book down. Great writing, great story, 5 stars."
