Noi is En's older cousin and both are popular characters from Dorohedoro. Although she is a female, her physique isn't typical for a lady and that makes her a fan-favorite. Her white hair with shades of pink and red eyes, juxtaposed with her muscular built makes him an impressionable Dorohedoro Magic User. Her magic lies in her ability to heal. Not to mention that it is one of the rarest magic types.
