    The original Ant-Man suit

After retrieving the Space stone, Captain America end's up in Hank Pym's lab. Pym, as we all know, is the original Ant-Man and the one who created the infamous Pym particles. The Avengers need the particles in order to time-travel. But, the Pym particles aren't the only Ant-Man tech that was in the lab. On Pym's desk, there was a chrome helmet sprouting antenna. That helmet was a direct reference to Ant-Man's original costume in the comics.

    New Asgard

After Asgard was destroyed, the remaining Asgardians sought refuge and a new place to call home. Thor eventually brought them to a small town in Norway called Tønsberg. But, this wasn't the first time fans have seen this place. It's actually the same town where Red Skull stole the Tesseract in "Captain America: The First Avenger." It also happens to be the same place where Thor and Loki found their father Odin.

    Hail Hydra

One of the most satisfying scenes in Avengers: Endgame was when Captain America was inside an elevator along with several Hydra sleeper agents. The scene was a callback to the elevator action scene from "Captain America: The Winter Soldier." But, it doesn't end with punches being thrown. Instead, Cap whispers "Hail Hydra" in the ear of one of the agents. That iconic line was a reference to the Marvel comic series "Secret Empire." In the series, the writers made Captain America himself a Hydra sleeper agent.

    Harley pays his respects

The first and the last time we saw Harley was in Iron Man 3. As fans can remember, Harley was Tony Stark's trusty sidekick in the film. But, that was the last time we saw the boy wonder appear on-screen. Well, guess what? He showed up at Tony's funeral to pay his respects. As the camera pans to everyone who was mourning at the funeral, Harley can be seen standing alone just right after Falcon, Winter Soldier, and Wanda.

    On your left

In the opening scene of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, we get our first look at Falcon. He and Cap can be seen running laps together but Cap is far more superior when it comes to speed. During their morning run, Cap constantly says "On your left" as he passes Falcon again and again. But in Endgame it's Falcon who finally gets to say it to Cap. As cap faces Thanos and his army, Falcon tells him "On your left" as the fallen Avengers begin to reappear on the battlefield.

    All the cheeseburgers you want

In the very first MCU movie, there were only two things that Tony Stark wanted after he escaped from captivity: a press conference and a cheeseburger. In Avengers: Endgame right after Tony's funeral, Happy Hogan sits on a bench with Tony's daughter Morgan. He tries to comfort her by asking if he could get her anything. She said she wanted a cheeseburger. After she says that, Happy's eyes started tearing up, and so did ours.

    "Community" callback

The Russo brothers who directed endgame were also executive producers of the comedy show "Community." They decided to bring in Community's Ken Jeong and Yvette Nicole Brown for a few cameos in Endgame. Jeong plays a security guard who was surprised to see Scott Lang emerge out of the back of a van. On the other hand, Brown was a worker at an army base who runs into Iron Man and Captain America inside an elevator.

    A long-awaited dance

In Endgame, we finally see Cap and Peggy Carter finally dance together. It's been a long time coming and was actually a reference to the first Captain America film. But, this isn't exactly about the dance, it's more about the song. "It's Been a Long Long Time" isn't only a fitting title but it's the same song that was playing in Cap's apartment in the scene where he talks to Nick Fury about S.H.I.E.L.D being compromised.
