"I needed a laptop with integrated graphics and this has fit the bill perfectly. It's fast, quiet and the battery seemingly lasts forever. If you need a really good laptop this is the one to get."

"HP most of the time are offering great products, but to me, this one kind of falls short for the reason that it does not have a very fast reading storage drive. It only has 5400 rpm for a drive and to me, that is already unacceptable in today's speeds, maybe back in 2013 this is still viable, but a boot up drive with that speed is a no go."

"The HP Pavilion 15-cc020nr is a great laptop for the casual user. It has a high powered Intel Core i7 processor that really makes this a great item. There is plenty of storage on the device as well. I really like that it is touch screen, so it makes it efficient when doing tasks."

"Although a very solid laptop with a sleuth of features it still does not provide the adequate level of quality for the front camera. It lacks in comparison to similar competitors in price, I say save your money for something better or wait for a deal. "

"When me and my sister went to pick her up a new laptop, she told the salesman that she wanted a HP laptop that included a HD video playback device. The HP Pavilion 15-cc020nr fit all the criteria that she had in mind so it's the one that we purchased."

"A very versatile and strong laptop that gives you a lot of power for the price. But it does not have a Blu-Ray drive. It has a DVD-R drive which isn't the same. If you want a Blu-Ray drive specifically this isn't the laptop for you."

"This is a great buy if you're looking for something on the cheaper side but powerful enough for creating software. Personally, I use mine for programming while i'm in bed or at a coffee shop during the day. The battery last long enough to not worry about finding a spot with an outlet nearby, and the touch screen is actually really convenient. "

"The computer was a disappointment for the price. The processing speed and basic functionality of the computer are compteitive but the touchscreen is very wonky and hard to use. Wifi router is incosnistent, which I have tested in multiple spots. Could be a good model if the next version fixes so design flaws."

"The touch screen function is really smooth and makes the laptop easy to use when you don't feel like typing. It has good speed, ample space for storage, and a nice keyboard. It comes pre-installed with McAfee software, which is nearly impossible to remove and clashes with the virus software I'd prefer to install myself."

"Flagship is right, this thing is a beast. In my opinion the best laptop around right now without having to take a second mortgage out on the house to afford it. Everything it does, it does well and is super quiet. Some other high end laptops are so noisy, but this one is not. Could not recommend any higher. "

It can be used in multiple configurations and has enough processing power to stream videos without issue. It comes with Windows 10 and is ready to go out of the box, pending any updates. It's got standard features and is user friendly, making it an excellent way to go."

"The best laptops I have ever had were Pavilion. They carried me through college when I needed a computer to take with me to class. I remember trying out many laptops but pavilion were always the best in terms of reliability. Now I need a laptop that has low weight so I can carry it with me to work. How times have changed, and this laptop does a great job of satisfying the area of need in my computer use. "

"This is a very accurate product from HP with the 12 GB of memory. The 7th generation Kaby lake processor is not a selling feature for me since I love the current gen from Intel, but most people will not be bothered by this. I will not consider this to be one of the best laptops out there though."

"The HP Pavilion 15-cc020nr is ill-suited for web design due to the nature of it's touch screen display which hikes up the total price of the machine without a reason, as web design does not warrant touch display, graphic design would be much better suited for this machine."

Since doing that, I've decided to just keep using Mcafee because it's too much of a pain to deal with. The computer itself has good speed, ample space for storage, and a nice keyboard. "I must say that so far I am very disappointed with this laptop, features may be nice, but I had no chance of observing because the laptop crashed and had to restart seven times within less than an hour as I was trying to set it up. This is just ridiculous, every 3 to 5 clicks in the computer "ran into an error" and it has to restart, I'm shipping it back same day I got it in the mail. It keeps doing that after a while of inactivity, at random times. Because of this I am extremely disappointed, spent a lot of time researching and it was all a waste. Other than crashing it seems fine, but again I can't tell how well this laptop performs. Everyone complained about toshibas but I had one for 10 years and it worked without ever getting a crash or a blue screen until I overheated it but that was after 10 years of use. No more hp for me unfortunately. "
