"Apple simply makes beautiful, fully functional products. The Apple iMac MNE92LL/A is priced at under $1800 and comes with a 5K Display, 1 TB Fusion drive, and a 3.4 GHz Intel Core i5 processor. The only downside to this model is that it only comes with 8GB of RAM standard, and unfortunately, the only way to upgrade is to either request more RAM at purchase or take it into a MacStore (older models you could perform the upgrade yourself). "An amazing computer is. As most web developers turn to apple computers this will be the one computer to get if your looking into programming. The iMac is Apple's flagship device but these do not come cheap be prepare to shell out a cool $1500 bucks to get on of these. IF your an engineer then this is a must have."

"Two things really sold me on the current iMac. One is that the display is downright gorgeous, a 5K display is outright ridiculously beautiful. Secondly, while Apple has decided to make laptops user serviceable they have not with the iMac's and so it was easy to significantly upgrade the amount of ram it has."

"If you are in the market for a new PC and you want an iMac, this might be a good computer for you. The monitor looks amazing, the i5 Intel processor is super fast and it has a full terabyte hard drive. It is a little bit more expensive than I normally spend on a computer but the ease of use and the features on this computer make it more than worth it. I wish the video card was a little bit better but it is more than good enough for the games that I play on it. Where it really shines is as an everyday computer for looking up news and videos. It is responsive and very easy to use. If you have the money to spend AND are looking for a Mac computer I think that this is a very good option."

"If you are looking to save some space at your office while also having a beast of a work computer than look no further then the Apple iMac with a 5k retina display. It has everything you need for both play and for business and it is perhaps one of the best all around all in one desktops I have ever used."

"This is an OK option for those that want an all-in-one desktop. However, it is quite pricey, and it being locked down on Apple's ecosystem may turn off some. So, this is a viable option, but not a great one."

"This is an all in one, and a Macintosh, so it might not be exactly what someone thinks of with this search, but should satisfy anyone looking for a simple PC solution. The price for a Mac might be a turn off for someone shopping for this on a budget though."

"Apple iMacs are definitely on the pricey side for what you get, but I'm glad I made the switch. As a designer, the 5K Retina display is a joy to use, with excellent color accuracy and superior scaling compared to what I had in Windows with a 4K display. OSX was easy to adjust to, and I'm finding I like it just as much as previous versions of Windows, and even more than Windows 10. I wouldn't say an iMac is for everyone, but if you're willing to pay the premium it really is a great desktop computer."

"Apple iMac with 5k Retina is yet another overpriced Apple product that I would never buy. I tip my hat to their quality, but they hold you hostage to their limited software options and charge you twice as much for it. I would never put a iMac on a list of best computers."

"t me end the confusion. I was worried about this iMac arriving with a 1TB hard drive because the description is so wishy-washy. This item is sold and shipped by Amazon, and qualified for Prime yet no one in AMAZON customer service could tell me if it was a 2TB or a 1TB (1,000GB) and outlined in the "This Product" column a little more than halfway down the page. I'm happy to announce that I have received the iMac and it was in top shape, brand new and with a 2TB hard drive. I worried about the hard drive thing as all of my friends told me "Just buy it from Apple directly!". But I had a ton of accumulated gift cards and this was $100+ less than on Apple.com. This is indeed the 2017 version and definitely has a 2TB hard drive. Great product and so easy to plug and play! Hope this helps someone...anyone... add to cart with confidence! 48 people found this helpful"

"If you spend hours and hours staring at a computer screen, you need something that you will enjoy using. First of all, the display is spectacular! Bright and vivid! When it comes to software development, you need to see every pixel clearly! The software, as usual with Macs, is intuitive and easy to use, and you can switch between your IPhone, Macbook, IPad without missing a beat. Once you go Mac, you never go back!"

Keep a look out for a discount on these and I would not hesitate to recommend it."

"Apple iMac with 5K Retina display has quite current computer hardware. It's a gorgeous computer and it's Apple, so it works very well. The only drawback is the expense, but it's worth it. "

"I will admit that after being a strictly Windows user for the past 20 or so years, there is a learning curve with the iMac computer. But when my present Windows computer hit 10 years old and the HP company stopped supporting it"

"The iMac is a bit on the expensive side when it comes to specs, but if you're looking for an all in one with then Apple does it best. The 5K display is amazing and the graphics card to drive it is decent enough for editing videos on this beast. It's still not powerful enough for a lot of gaming, but I think if that was a primary concern then Apple isn't the way to go."
