"There really aren't many phones left that come with physical keyboards, so Blackberry is just about your only option. And it's a pretty decent option. It may not be the most advanced phone on the market, but it's solid and does what it needs to. They keyboard being hidden behind the screen makes it an attractive, slick phone with a lot of versatility. Definitely a good choice if the keyboard is super important."

"They say that some things never change. "BlackBerry, eh?" your snarky friends will smugly say. "I think 2004 called and asked for its phone back". Go ahead, chuckle at their joke - the joke is on them. For real professionals who need a tool, not a status symbol or flashy, gimmicky toy, the BlackBerry never went out of style. It's not purely retro - the individual buttons have since been replaced by a touch screen - but the underlying platform is the one you've come to know and love. Go ahead, keep the secret to yourself. "If curves are what you are looking for the BlackBerry Priv has just that, featuring a 5.4" curved screen. The camera on the Priv is impressive, featuring a 18 MP dual-flash Schneider-Kreuznach certified camera, won't disappoint. Blackberry surely delivered when they made this. "

"If you're in the market for a smart phone with a physical keyboard this is just about your only option. However, as it is a device that is several years old and runs only older versions of android there's no way I could recommend it to anybody."

"Blackberry continues to create slider and keyboard phones for those who haven't jumped on the Apple and touchscreen craze. This phone can handle any network, something you wont find on other brands, and users have been very happy with it's performance. A great option for a Blackberry die-hard customer."

"Good phone with 32gb. I like it, but it feels really light and fragile."

"I didn't know blackberry was still around. I like the real keyboard, touch controls are very imprecise, so if you type a lot, this might be appealing."

"Overpriced phone that's outdated in today's market. This phone should not be sold at the current price point it's at. It's low amount of RAM and processing speed is simply not acceptable and definitely doesn't help business."

"Blackberry's are kind of obsolete these days. With that being said you can find a much better smart phone for business purposes. It does work, but not as well as others."

"While this phone does have pretty decent 4G LTE support, it runs a very outdated version of the Android operating system. This dulls the 4G LTE experience as the phone is not able to process applications at true LTE speeds."

"Since I can barely type on a touch screen my phone options were really limited so I'm happy that the Priv is so good. It has great performance and a great camera with dual LED flash to go with it plus a really great keyboard. Might be the only option but at least its a good one."

""When i got the device the battery wouldn't last long. The moment i updated the OS to Android 6.0.1 things changed completely. Not only is the OS much friendlier to use, but the battery life seems to have expanded. And you can always consult a graph that tells you how life is consumed and what time it will die. On a different note, the device is quite portable for my small hand. Better than expected. On the minus side, the physical keyboard may render redundant after all, which makes the device heavier unnecessarily. The 5.4-inch dual-curved Quad HD screen is stunning indeed. So far, i'm very happy with my purchase." - Gizzella Colonna [Verified Purchase]"

"I really like this phone if for no other reason, I can claim "retro" points when people ask me what kind of phone I use. Other than that, what is there not to like? I love the slide out keyboard. I have that feature, and the latest Android os with all the functionality I need. "

"I fondly remember my first smartphone which was a BlackBerry. The new BlackBerry Priv has many modern features. For those interested in trying out the modern BlackBerry, I recommend buying this unlocked version at this great price. You may fall in love again."
