What the community says about FrenchMay Air Fryer
- "I love this cooking tool! It's so easy to use and it cooks things so quickly. I used to hate the mess of making fried food and the grease splattering everywhere, whether I used a shield for the pan or not. This is much healthier and the pan is super easy to clean afterwards. Besides that I wouldn't be able to tell by taste between chicken cooked in this or chicken cooked in a pan. "
- "I had no idea what an air fryer was, but it comes with instructions that explain. Plug it in, and fried stuff can be cooked without needing all that oil. The food comes out crispy, and you can taste more of the food than the oil. Seasonings come out brighter too. The whole thing comes apart and goes right into the dishwasher for cleanup, or to fit in cabinet. One of my favorite gifts this year."
- "Okay. This contraption uses a LITTLE BIT of oil, but it appears that the actual cooking is performed by circulating hot air. It can fry, bake, grill and roast. If everything in the description for this item is true (it can be cleaned in the dishwasher?!!), then this may possibly be the most wondrous thing I have ever seen. It costs $100. That is a small price to pay to be able to fry things without using oil. Who can live without french fries? But, then, who wants to suffer an early death just so they can eat french fries? You know?"

in What are the best kitchen gadgets"The FrenchMay Air Fryer is considerably overpriced for what it does, which is poorly mimic the process of deep frying foods. The foods produced through air frying are just similar enough to deep frying that you always wish you'd just deep fried your food."
