What the community says about LG 65UJ6300

in What are the best LG TVs"Much to my surprise, I was gifted this at the holidays. I had been complaining that my old TV wasn't up to par anymore. The one gripe I have with LG 65UJ6300 is that the menu loads slowly. Every single selection takes a few seconds to proceed. Aside from that, the display is great! I am happy with the automatic updates, too. ""The large display is a beauty to behold. I had to play with the settings (for example, energy saving mode made the picture too dark) but once I did, wow! Watching 4K video almost makes you forget it's a TV.""i love this tv, the quality is awesome, very good bang for the buck. The interface can get a little slow and the materials could be better but it still is great and the 4k display is great"
- "I just bought this TV not even a week ago and the wifi keeps disconnecting and I tried it with the Ethernt cable and keeps saying connect to internet, meanwhile all my other devices work fine and my internet is working, tried to reset the modem and nothing, tried resetting the TV and still have the same issue, I called LG and the customer service was horrible that the guy kept cutting me off and told to connect it through a cable which defeats the point of it being a 2017 model with WIFI , I'm thinking of returning this TV""Maybe you got scammed Janice! Mine works perfectly, currently enjoying Prison Break on Netflix, season 2! Later I will stream some F.R.I.E.N.D.S. behind the scenes clips on the Youtube App!!!""This is a great TV for under 1,500. LG is a well known brand, so you're not getting some untested brand you've never heard of. You get 4k, the latest and greatest resolution, plenty of apps, and an awesome channel guide that gives you a bunch of free channels. "
- "I was recently looking got a good deal on a 65 inch smart TV and i came across this, couldn't be happier with it. I think the picture quality is great and the sound is really nice too, I was able to instantly pair this with my other devices and get everything working well together. I have had a few issues with the remote but I'm not sure if that was a problem with the controller or the TV."
- "Not sure if any gamer really needs a 65 inch 4K TV to get what they need out of a monitor. If this level of technology and features is what a gamer feels is needed, then this TV is certain to fill that need with plenty to spare. This TV is premium in quality and design, loaded with more than enough input and output connectivity with plenty of choice. The sound quality of this set is premium also which is important to the gaming quality. I can't imagine how this set would disappoint any serious gamer who demands the highest level of experience.""This is an amazing TV for gaming with a console but not with a computer. The refresh rate of 60hz is fine with consoles that operate at 60 frames per second but for a nice computer that will do 120 it's just not the same. At higher refresh rates you get significantly smoother motion which is on another level. Otherwise for consoles it is amazing, the picture clarity and colors are fabulous!"
- "If you're willing or able to drop a grand on a TV this is definitely a good option. The color and picture are pretty great, and it can handle console gaming pretty well. However, the refresh rate of the TV is only 60 Hz. Depending on what games you're playing (say CS:GO) you'll want a monitor or TV with a higher refresh rate to have the highest advantage. Good TV, but it may not be perfect for your gaming needs. "

in What are the best TVs"The 65" LG 65UJ6300 is the largest in its line, and the color is beautiful! It comes with channel plus, which lets us watch 100+ free specialty channels, and of course you can watch Netflix and other standard "smart tv" things. The 4K resolution is becoming more useful, and there are a lot of tools for getting the color just right. 3 HDMI inputs, too!"
