What the community says about Parrot Mambo
- "Got this for xmas. Very fun and easy to fly. Range was advertised as 100m but I found it to be less than 50m. Video was also completely unreliable. It was difficult to set up and I never got more than halfway through a flight before it went out, even keeping the drone within 20m. Had to completely give up on using video. Worst of all, last week I took off and, instead of jumping up and hovering at 3m as usual, the drone shot straight up at full speed. It was completely unresponsive to all controls and continued to climb until completely out of sight. Never saw it again despite extensive searching. "
- "This is a fun little drone that has a lot of features for the price point. I've been able to do barrel rolls and flips with the drone relatively easily. The best part is if it crashes you don't feel bad because the price point is excellent for what you are getting."
- "One accessory for each adventure: CANNON (Shoot miniature balls up to 6ft away); GRABBER (Catch, carry and release cargo up to 4g). Do fun acrobatics such as flips and barrel rolls. Built-in VGA camera (480X640) and 300MB flash memory, perfect for aerial selfies that may be transferred onto a computer via the embedded micro USB connector. High-tech sensors work to provide optimal stability, a 3-axis accelerometer and gyroscope measure and analyse each movement or inclination of the MiniDrone, and automatically adjust the position with the autopilot Control your Mini Drone up to 20m using smartphone and up to 65m using parrot flypad controller (not included). Throw to fly: after code matching is successfully done, throw out your drone, while push up the throttle lever, the drone will fly up. Suitable for operation both indoors or outside."

in What are the best selfie drones"I have a lot of fun with the Parrot Mambo drone. I do use it to take selfies, yes, but only after making it flip and roll like a hundred times. It's fairly easy to control once you get the hang of it and it is pretty stable, so taking a good picture is almost effortless."
