    "One of my favorite fruits are grapefruits. Eating the same fruits over and over gets pretty borning. I love that when I eat this fruit I know I am getting many vitamins at once. Not to mention it helps speed up my metabolism to burn fat. Although, grapefruits can taste a little bitter there are a few tricks to making it taste a little better. I normally add a dash of sugar (not too much) and it normally buts out the bitter taste and makes it taste incredibly good."
