"In my humble opinion, Mel Brooks's masterpiece! Racism isn't something one would think to ever poke fun at, especially nowadays, but Mel Brooks was able to do it and thus made one of the funniest movies ever written! Definitely watch this movie but keep an open mind!"

"Blazing Saddles is one of my favorite Mel Brooks movies and possibly one of the better Gene Wilder performances out there. I love all the classic moments in this film and it should be watched by anyone that is a fan of either Mel Brooks or Gene Wilder."

"I dunno what it is about Blazing Saddles but the racial humor doesn't feel dated. I know some people will still find some of the jokes offensive but I think they just reflect the racial climate at the time while also parodying it."

"As an African-American guy, this film appealed to me so much because I was once a victim of racism in our little community. That's why I get the humor intended by this satire film."
