"If there is a film that makes me stop what I am doing, it is Braveheart. Nothing beats a medieval war story that has everything in it. This is probably Mel's Gibson's greatest movie. I particularly liked how the Scottish "army" taunted their English counterpart on the field."

"As a Scot, I'll be the first to say that this movie is hilariously inaccurate hahaha That said, there's something about this movie that still makes it lovable despite its flaws. I guess it's the fact that it's so unashamedly a Hollywood movie. I dunno, I just love it haha"

"An iconic character with an iconic dialogue is what makes this movie good. William Wallace saying, "They may take away our lives, but they'll never take our freedom" quote before a war definitely deserves a standing ovation. "

"Braveheart is such a classic movie for a reason. I was looking for a good movie to watch the other day and I am glad I chose Braveheart. Mel Gibson gives the best performance of his career in this movie."

"Intense emotion. I think is one of the best, if not the best, epic war movie of all time. The character of Lonshacks should be nominated for oscars! Brilliant direction and cinematography also."

"Not a fan of Mel Gibson's way of fictionalizing historical events and people. Braveheart's a good movie but, well, if you're a fan of history, this'll give you an aneurism hahahahaha"

"Brendan Gleeson made a pretty good acting in the film, aside from Mel Gibson of course. I also loved the action packed scenes of the film, making it my one of the faves."

"Braveheart is a very long and kind of boring historical movie. Mel Gibson was a great actor, but this movie was not my cup of tea."
