"Robin Williams' eyes hold a lot of emotion and I was able to feel every bit of it that he tried to channel. It's Williams' acting that probably pulled the movie together and led it towards a warm and touching end. It doesn't have a perfect plot but it does have an ending that leaves tears at the corner of your eyes."

"Dead Poet Society is Robin Williams at his best. This is a dramatic film and shows that a teacher can really affect his students. His unorthodox teachings help the students through their structured strict life at high school. This is a great movie about the educational system."

"How do our lessons to other people influence them? Are they really taking them into account? This are just a few of the questions that was swimming inside my head when me and my students were watching this movie."

"This is one of the best movies that you can see. Period. It's not an educational movie in the traditional sense but rather teaches viewers the value of individuality and the importance of life lessons outside school."

"An inspirational speech from an English teacher John Keating about Carpe Diem. That you shouldn't wait for the right moment to come but make it happen is really a moving quote for me."
