"This is a classic satirical comedy film. This movie is from the acclaimed and beloved director Stanley Kubrick, and is known for its dark comedy take on the events of the nuclear arms race in the 1940s. The subject matter is fairly serious and politically charged, but Kubrick's keen eye and unique approach to film making, make this, his only comedy, a classic political film."

"Peter Sellers sells this movie! *badump-tss* Kidding aside, Peter Sellers is the one that really carries Dr Strangelove as he plays not just Strangelove himself but also the President of America and another character called Lionel Mandrake. Special mention also goes to George C. Scott for taking this brilliantly silly film seriously!"

"This is without doubt my favorite Sellers movie, and maybe one of my favorite movies ever. Absolutely hilarious film that I have trouble finding a single flaw with. If you like Peter as much as I do, you'll love this given how many characters he plays, and how amazingly well he plays them."

"A weird choice because most people won't even think that this was a comedy. It's directed by Kubrick after all. However, it definitely is a comedy and a hilarious one at that if you can follow all the innuendos. Love love love this film and totally recommend it!"

"This is funny and scary in equal measure. After all, it ends with a nuclear bomb going off. Peter Sellers' multiple performances are all remarkable. The cinematography is stunning. But there are some very good, classic jokes to be found as well."
