"For the most part, fans and players of the Final Fantasy games will appreciate this movie the most. However, that doesn't mean that it not a good movie for anyone else. Everything from the action sequences, the art direction, and the musical score is done in such an artful way."

"One of the best CGI films ever made. Period. It set the standard for those that came after it. It's already been 14 years since it came out but it has aged really well and still holds its own compared to more recent and technically more advanced CGI productions."

"The visuals, animation, music, story and pacing are all spot on. I really digged this movie so much and is the best cgi anime film that I've seen tbh.. The final showdown between Cloud Strife and Sephiroth has blown me away!!!"

"This movie is GREAT! It is my dreams turned reality, my little geeky dream! Having Cloud in real human-sized 3D action is simply the best. Of course, he is a very legendary sword fighter."

"This movie isn't really a movie adaptation but rather a continuation. I loved this game as a child playing it on my PS and was one of the first 3D games. Movie is great as well."
