"This movie had so much potential. It could have been easily fixed by showing us more Godzilla instead of relegating him to a glorified cameo role. He was practically onscreen for only 15 minutes. That's the number 1 sin that you can commit in a Godzilla movie: show less of him. People pay to see the King of Monsters and not some boring human drama. With that said this movie was still able to deliver the goods. All the monster scenes were spectacular (a tad murky though) and his brawls with the Mutos easily makes this the best American Godzilla movie ever (no real competition though). "

"First of all this is a reboot of the 1954 film. I gotta say that it doesnt have the same social dilemmas of the original but it has solid action and great performances from the actors eh."
