"When I went to the site, I appreciated the fact that the title of the movie included that it was actually a collection. I did not know that. I thought the movies that others bought were relevant to the Lady Snowblood movie, but that the sponsored products related to the item were not consistent in terms of the time period or the culture of Lady Snowblood. The synopsis would have been more helpful if seen in the first screen versus having to scroll down to find it."

"I don't know if "best" would be the word I'd use to describe Lady Snowblood. "Obscure" would probably have applied much better to this title. But it is a great movie, one that I feel is often overlooked due to its campy production values. It's overall rating on Amazon is pretty high, although the low number of reviews doesn't speak well of its popularity. It is, as the description claims, based on a manga, it it fits the general topic of the search."

"$18.49 is a lot of money for a DVD on Amazon, but this DVD appeals to a specific audience. I found the blue ray for $26.19. The free shipping is nice. 72% of customers gave this 5 stars. This seems like a rare movie to get in the United States so the price is fair."

"I have not seen this one. I'm not a big fan of Japanese comics, but if you are, then look into this one."
