"Midnight in Paris is quite similar to Amelie, obviously because of the location which immediately puts them in kind of the same position. Also, while the plots of the two are different, they have this upbeat theme which is really enjoyable for those who want a great movie that isn't too terribly serious."

"You get to see Paris in three different time periods! What's better than that? In all seriousness, the film gorgoeusly presents Paris in all the time periods it uses: from the stylishly modern to the artsy 20s. If you love Paris, you gotta see this!"

"I wish Lea's part was bigger in this movie. I would have loved to see her as one of the people in the 1920's period intead of in the modern era. Still, it was an amazing movie."
