This movie narrates the story of Noah, who many years ago, was chosen by God to save some human beings and animals from a cleansing flood. This way, humanity would start over again, freed from the sins of the previous inhabitants of Earth.

"What a weird hodgepodge! But I'd say a rather fun one, if you like biblical stories rearranged as science fiction soap operas. I'm sure a lot of religious people will object to it, but since I'm not religious I have no problem with Aronofsky injecting a bit of excitement and sci-fi monsters into the proceedings. Good special effects and a solid performance by Russell Crowe, who, to my great surprise, puts together a decent Noah. Not a great movie, but an entertaining one. As for Emma Watson, it's definitely not her greatest hour - I'll leave it at that."
