  "Paranormal Activity scared the living daylight's out of me when it was first released. I just gave it another watch the other night and still found it to be very scary. I found the central theme of the movie to be quite interesting and the camera work and entire direction of this movie made it very intriguing yet very scary at the same time."

  "I liked it the first few times that I watched, since it introduced a new way to make horror film with that found footage style. I think it has something to do with the sequencing, but the pacing of the footages really terrified me to death. The ending was a little forced, though most horror films end that way though."

  "I am a big horror fan and it is hard for me to find something that actually scares me. Paranormal Activity is one of my favorite movies. Even when it is over you feel creepy and are listening for every sound in your house. Truly makes you scared!!"

  "It was an okay movie, but it was not that scary. It really depends on if you really like found footage films. Overall it was competently made, but the cast was not particularly well known. The movie will please people who scare easily though."

  "While looking for best movies about scary ghosts, Paranormal Activity was recommended to me. It had decent reviews but for me, it was just ok. I don't think that this is a movie you'd watch more than once that is for sure."
