"It's really something how a film released decades ago could get things in our modern society so right. Things like the issue of privacy, the proliferation of social media in our lives, and the development of on-set mental illnesses in ordinary and unsuspecting individuals. This is a dark anime that is a must-see even if you are not a fan of this type of medium."

"This anime is simply terrifying, although it was created when the internet wasn't that powerful yet they predicted the big cons of the internet which made my hair stand on the end. The plot thickens and you see how twisted the character is."
